The story behind the business
Aquamagnum was founded in March 2003 with the purpose of selling residential water treatment systems, where business was good.
Five years later in the midst of the company’s development, I, Marco Catalán, read an article in a monthly magazine that I receive that talked about the benefits of consuming alkaline water. How it helped in the prevention and fight against many diseases, including cancer. A disease that touched me closely for having been a patient of such a terrible disease. And that today affects a large number of people worldwide.
That is where the journey began
Initially, the challenge was to find and develop a product that would meet the objective of producing alkaline water with the required quality standards, with an optimum pH for health. From there, we looked for a name that would suit the product to come. Thus Alkamagnum was born.
Our name
The fusion of two words Alka = Alkaline and Magnum = Large. With this concept, we focused on our ionizers offering greater capacity and quality in their filtration, purification and mineralization system. This was reflected in the quality of the alkaline water that both the buyer and his family would consume.
Quality and Health is the Priority
Bringing to the world’s communities a source of help with health, anti-oxidation and pH balance in the body is the main inspiration of the Alkamagnum project. Therefore, our ionizers are manufactured so that our water fulfills this task.
