Is it okay for children to drink ionized water?
Absolutely. Naturally, it gives children a tremendous amount of oxygen that helps their bodies function efficiently, as it does for everyone who drinks it.
Having extra amounts of oxygen in the blood naturally also helps us fight disease and build a strong immune system.
As an adult it’s easy to see what I did wrong as a teenager and young adult – if only I could go back and relive my adolescence! The only thing I would want to change the most would be to have eaten healthy and thought about my future health and wellness. Maybe if I had done that, I wouldn’t have had to struggle so much when I was in my 40’s to get my health back, be thinner, lower my blood pressure, etc.
How much ionized water is enough?
Since water is so important, you may wonder if you are drinking enough. There is no magic or fixed amount of water that children need to drink each day. The amount of water depends on age, size, health status and activity level. Climate (temperature and humidity) should also be taken into account.
Children usually drink something at meals and they should definitely drink when they are thirsty. But, if you are sick or hot and/or exercising, you will need to drink more. Make sure they drink more water than usual in hot weather, especially while playing sports or exercising.
